Diorskin Nude Tan Paradise Blush & Bronzer Duo: Coral Glow (002)
I bet you thought what with all the coding, designing and writing for my new blog, She Loves, I wouldn’t take a beat to show you my most coveted item from the Dior Bird of Paradise Summer 2013 collection. Now you know I wouldn’t do that to you!
This beautiful work of art (I really can’t use it’s technical name, Blush-Bronze Duo, because it’s worthy of being referred to as so much more) is but one of the show-stopping items in the peacock inspired collection. And since I have a small crush on the flamboyant bird, I couldn’t wait for the release.
Take a peek…
Diorskin Nude Tan Paradise Blush & Bronzer Duo in Coral Glow (002): It also comes in the shade Pink Glow. I got mine from Nordstrom for $56 – that’s steep but you know my love affair with Dior makeup knows no bounds!
Each of the four shades swatched lightly. The texture is smooth, the shades are buildable and it leaves the softest glow to the skin without glitter or too much shimmer. I don’t care what it sounds like, I’m puffing my feathers and showing off when I wear this.
Of all the Summer 2013 collections I’ve looked at (so far) this one is my favorite. It’s well edited, has loads of summer-time pizzaz and the promotional imagery is captivating.
Are you picking anything up from the Bird of Paradise collection? I was a tad late in getting my items but it was so worth the wait.
Until next time…
PS. I’m sharing the next installment of my Love List tomorrow – lipsticks!
