If you’re as big a fan of Illamasqua as I am then you probably already know they’ve revamped their website. The reason this is important and a part of my Beauty Black Book is that the previous site wasn’t user friendly. Choosing black backgrounds may have gone along with the darker Illamasqua aesthetic but frankly, it was tough to get my shop on!
Now, products are easier to drool over and come complete with swatches on human skin. I’ve heard some folks tell scary campfire stories about their Illamasqua online shopping experiences but mine have been easy breezy. Products arrive within about a week and a half from the time I place my order, they’re well packaged and nothing arrives damaged.
So much easier to focus on products now. By the way, I own Sonnet (see lip tip above) and love it!
Let’s hope I continue to be touched by angelic couriers because I just learned Illamasqua is releasing a new collection called Human Fundamentalism. I have no idea what this means but my alter ego is just itching to make an appearance.
