One of my favorite things to do when I’m either a) working out or b) killing time is watching makeup tutorials. I especially enjoy watching the masters – professional artists whose handiwork extends from editorial and runways, to everyday looks for everyday women.
Tom Pecheux, for me, is one of those artists. It also delights me to no end that he’s the mastermind behind the now modern and fashion forward color collections Estée Lauder have released of late.
This morning, while in major avoidance mode, I spied this short video tutorial. In it, Tom (with that sexy french accent) shows how to create a smoky cat eye using minimal products. We’ve all probably watched a number of “cat eye” tutorials but I found this one…special. Plus, the cat eye featured has a Brigitte Bardot appeal, don’t you think?
